About Us
Dale is a qualified accountant who has changed careers and followed his passion for sustainability. He was the Sustainability Officer at Federation University Australia for 10 years. During this time Dale was responsible for sustainability initiatives across the 7 Federation University campuses in Victoria. Dale's key achievements at Federation University include large scale energy efficiency upgrades, renewable energy programs, project management, carbon accounting, waste minimisation programs and sustainable education.
Boucher Consultancy was established in 2018 with a focus on:

Dale has undertaken major sustainability improvements to his own home including: a full insulation upgrade (ceiling, walls and underfloor), window double glazing retrofit, applying insulating paint to the roof, draft-proofing, a heat transfer system for heating cooler rooms, evacuated solar tubes for hot water, and solar panels for energy generation. Dale commutes in an electric vehicle that is predominately charged from his household solar PV system.
